Hi there! For the past eight years I’ve been writing here at My Think Big Life based on my experience as a counselor, academic advisor, mom, grandmother, and all-around woman making the most of her life.

In a sea of AI-generated content, I offer a fresh look at the real issues midlife women experience. I’m a real woman who writes from personal experience and education including a master’s degree and a life-coach certification.

Over the years, I estimate I’ve talked to over 10K people, face-to-face in professional setting. But all the education in the world doesn’t matter if I can’t help you.

About five years ago, I became certified as a life coach and began working with midlife women who wanted to feel better in some way. My passion is helping women go from living the life they think they should be living to living the life their hearts and souls long for.

This doesn’t mean blowing up your current life, not at all. All this means is you, with my help make your current life better. You feel better. You’ll look better. You’ll have better quality in your relationships. Even your career will get better.
