					<description><![CDATA[I recently before reading this came across similar information and lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks and it was very easy. I am 50 and recognize how vital good eating habits are for me.Unfortunately between some external stressors and prednisone for 4 weeks I put 10 pounds back on.
After reading your article I am renewing my commitment to eating whole foods and avoiding sugar and flour and no snacking! 
It seems I can slip back into old habits very quickly!
Any tips on staying the course and getting positive support?]]></description>
