Wow! You are a fast walker. I do about 3 miles in one hour. Everyone I know who tracks their steps really gets into it. They discover how little they move and it encourages them to work extra steps in all day. I wish you all the best in your walking endeavor this month.]]></description>

I have a behind the desk job also and I have picked up some pounds over the years. 
And I do mean pounds..lol
As I was reading this I reflected on how much more in shape I was in when I walked regularly.
Starting tomorrow Im going to get back at it because I really enjoy walking.
It&#039;s relaxing and spiritual to me.
I really like what you&#039;re doing here and will be back.

Sometimes it&#039;s just my reason for getting out of the house and seeing sunlight! I do enjoy high intensity workouts sometimes and strength training, but I feel better when I consistently walk. Sometimes I get 45-60 mins in, but even if some days I only have time for a 20 minute walk around the block, I still get out there.]]></description>
