I&#039;ve been getting myself to be more consistent lately and it feels great. I&#039;ve been focusing on making little habit changes, like setting a work alarm, so I can leave my desk in time to make it in time to the cardio kickboxing class I love. I&#039;ve got that down, so I&#039;ll add in something else next week.]]></description>
